Listening Instructions: For best results, use this program with headphones only. Lie down with your eyes closed. Relax. Allow the frequencies to work for you. Use this program for 3 - 5 times a week for 3 weeks. Start with 10 - 15 minutes and see how you feel between every session. Increase the time slowly. If agitation occurs, shorten the time and frequency of use. Before bedtime is always a good time to use Sensory Integration, and if you fall asleep, no worries.
