What is your Gift?
For the first time in over 20 years since Cass originally developed this work, he takes us through Discovering our Gits Primary Principles, their attributes and what challenges they resolve and transform. This deeply biological process is laid out in a simple easy to engage with way. You will gain the resources for Discovering and experiencing your Gifts strengths, and primary forces in essence.
Included Bonuses:
- 6 weeks of Breakout Sessions focusing on Self-Regulation, Trauma and working with Overwhelm. These session are night Dives where you are guided through specific breath, movement, awareness practices. You learn how to work with your unique nervous system, breath, and body intelligence. Each session build week by week.
- After each Sunday session Cass opened the space for (optional) Sharing/Witnessing and time for Q&A. Many of these session are 3 hours long. They are not require listening but they are packed full of invaluable insights into the Process.
