- 5:30pm PT for Q&A and sharing. *For those who don’t need talking you can arrive at 6pm.
- 6:00pm Cass offers tune-in, teachings and guidance to set up for the Dive.
- 6:15-8pm DIVE
- Call ends at 8pm. No checkout. We get off call and integrate in silence together in the field.
- Cass may offer breakout session for verbal-processing work, Q&A or any arising themes needing extra attetnion. *These session time will be decided by group majority vote.
Cass feels the Field is offering deeper dives in the Eternal Embrace, Eros and Biological Breath and says, "Feels like this structure is the best way.”
About The Series
We are devoting 3 months to Biological Breath... There is an awakening available to us. The Field is offering deeply nourishing transmissions, activating the regenerative and transmutational medicine of the breath-movement. This will be a time (to show up for yourself) for renewal and deep rest, where the real exhale lives.. AND a time for being breathed ALIVE by the source of creation...

We will work with breath-sounds, shapes, movements, shifts in perspective and Ill be guiding the Dives...
